Hi, I’m Dr. Yancey

I work with individuals who may be feeling “stuck”, but are ambitious, proactive, and motivated to make changes in their lives so they are living life joyfully and at peace. I provide a safe and supportive environment to help you gain the clarity you need to understand how your past may have contributed to current challenges, behaviors, emotions, beliefs, relationships; and also shaped you into the unique person you are today. Insight is the first step in empowering you with the skills to make necessary changes to improve your health and how you live your life. It is about showing up for yourself, so you can be the healthiest you can be for yourself, your relationships, your profession, and in your life.

Cory Dunn Therapist

Hi I’m Cory Dunn,

We are creatures of habit. Sometimes certain habits or patterns of behavior that once served us well start to cause stagnation in one or more areas of our life. I work with individuals of all ages by providing a safe objective space to gain awareness, activate strengths, process emotions, and develop different patterns of thinking, behaving, and relating to help them interrupt those patterns and develop skills to make desired changes to achieve their maximum self. I utilize an integrative approach that allows individuals, couples, and/or families to customize their therapeutic process to suit their specific needs. Let’s work together to create new patterns or habits that shift stagnation into advancement. Life is for living and you deserve to live it well.

Greetings! My name is Sandy Herek!

I am in the business of change. I am a holistic practitioner who provides psychotherapy services for the whole person, not just symptoms. I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking clinical services to treat various mental health disorders. I combine psychodynamic therapy, evidenced-based body-mind strategies, and coaching using an easy-to-engage psychoeducation format. Through this collaborative process, we will travel in an investigative approach that will take into consideration your overall health. This is to say that through the course of therapy, you are going to be invited to consider exploring potential beneficial changes in your physical and socio-emotional well-being in addition to psychodynamic talk therapy. Your spirituality and other preferences such as gender and sexual identification are encouraged to be incorporated as well in this whole-person approach.

“Everything changes once we identify with being the witness to the story, instead of the actor in it.”

Hello, I’m Tiffany Thomas

I wholeheartedly believe in the mind, body, and spirit connection; when our mind is out of order, it affects our body as well as our inner self. My goal is to help you regain balance and self-awareness when you find yourself wavering through life due to challenges big or small. I specialize in working with children and adolescents but have experience working with individuals of all ages. I will use Cognitive Behavioral therapy along with a variety of other evidence-based practices to help you meet your individual mental health needs. I will help you to see how our thoughts can affect our beliefs, expectations, attitudes, behaviors, and life performance. I will also provide a safe space for you to process emotions triggered by past trauma and/ or a variety of other life stressors. I am here to be an advocate for you while helping you to find peace again within your mind, body, and soul. By changing your thinking, you can change your life and I am here to help you step by step with making that happen.
