I studied nursing in college with a minor in psychology, which deepened my understanding of both clinical care and patient behavior. Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles in medical billing, including serving as a Billing Director, where I led teams, streamlined billing processes, and ensured compliance with ever-evolving healthcare regulations. My combined clinical education and extensive billing experience allow me to bridge the gap between patient care and administrative efficiency.
