Finding peace of mind does not mean having everything figured out; it means having the right support while you work through it. I have been fortunate to work in the mental health field for over twenty years, supporting students, schools, and families, and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2025. I approach therapy as a real conversation between real people. Kindness, trust, and understanding are at the heart of my work, along with a little humor when it helps lighten the load. I believe progress happens when you feel comfortable enough to be honest and supported enough to try something new. Sessions are practical, compassionate, and tailored to your needs—never rushed, scripted, or one-size-fits-all. Whether we are working through stress, life transitions, or emotional challenges, we move at a pace that feels steady and manageable.

More About Celene Goodwyn

Outside of my work, I value the simple moments that bring balance and joy to life. I enjoy getting lost in a good book and spending meaningful time with my husband and two adult children. Traveling allows me to reset, gain perspective, and appreciate different cultures and experiences, which I believe deepens both personal growth and professional understanding. I am someone who believes learning never stops, and I enjoy continuing to grow both personally and professionally. In my downtime, you will often find me baking or cooking for my family and friends, especially during holiday gatherings. These interests keep me grounded, present, and connected to what matters most, and they shape the way I show up for the people I support—with warmth, curiosity, and care.
