As a Concierge Counseling for the VIP Client, your therapist comes to your home or office, eliminating travel to and from office visits. Therapy is provided in familiar surroundings which often enhances the therapeutic process. A more “private” setting can provide additional peace of mind and help protect your public image. We consider discretion and confidentiality as paramount.

We begin 90 percent of sessions within 5 minutes of the scheduled time — we are serious about punctuality.

All sessions are HIPAA compliant.

On Your Schedule

We work around your schedule, not ours, for your convenience.

As a Concierge Counseling for the VIP Client, you will benefit from our extended hours of operations and weekend appointments. Concierge Clients also enjoy priority appointment scheduling in peak hours (7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.)

If you have been in counseling, you know that discussions do not always fit within the customary 60-minute session time. At Concierge Counseling for the VIP, your therapist will provide occasional grace time during sessions for members when extra time is needed to finish a discussion

Priority Access to Counselors

Expect dramatically different access to and response from your counselor.

As a Concierge Counseling for the VIP Client, you will be able to consult with your counselor by telephone, even if you don’t have an appointment. If your counselor is in session when you call, you can expect him/her to call you back within two hours or as soon as he/she is available, even during evening and weekend hours.

As a Concierge Counseling for the VIP Client, you are provided with the email address of your counselor who will respond to your emails within 24 hours or less. Also, your counselor receives emails by both computer and smart phone, so email response is often very prompt.

As a Concierge client, if you are experiencing an immediate need to be seen by your therapist, your therapist will find a same-day or next-day appointment time for you.

Your Therapist travels to your home, office, or other convenient, comfortable, private location of your choice. Concerns about privacy, traffic, and limited appointments are no longer barriers to getting the support you need and when you need it. There are very few Clinical Specialist who provide concierge services “house calls”. the Concierge Model of care was developed to meet the needs of clients.

Don’t have an hour to meet? Or traveling out of town for work or vacation? Your Therapist will do sessions via phone or encrypted video conference with you.
You may use your monthly package’s hours however you see fit, whenever you want.
No outside entity will dictate how long or how frequent your sessions should be.
Also, if you have a schedule that changes frequently, you may see Your Therapist on different days and times each week without any hassle.
