I provide assessment, evaluation, education, and treatment of new and existing
pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient or virtual psychiatric setting. Provide diagnosis, evidence-based psychotherapies, psychosocial support, family therapy, and medication management to include monitoring effectiveness and adverse effects with the primary goal being full remission of symptoms. Examine or order laboratory or diagnostic tests for clients to provide information on general physical conditions and mental disorders. Treat patients with substance use disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, ADHD, personality disorder, and PTSD. Provide consults and collaborate with other health care providers to ensure continuity of care, refer as appropriate for additional evaluation. Provide direct patient care and patient and family teaching to encourage and establish realistic health goals. Develop, monitor, and analyze reports to track operations, clinical care progress, and the organization’s quality goals. Develop prioritized metrics and actionable items to optimize the delivery of healthcare services in collaboration with other providers. Develop specific initiatives to improve UDS and clinical quality measures.
