I believe every client deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach centers on empowering the voices of those who may feel unseen or unheard, while guiding clients to recognize their strengths and develop the tools needed to overcome barriers that interfere with their goals and overall well-being. I strive to make therapy a calm and peaceful space—free of judgment—where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. Using a trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, crisis situations, and other mental health concerns. Through collaboration, encouragement, and skill-building, I help clients build resilience, foster emotional growth, and move toward healing and confidence.

More About Kayla Fogarty
I have a diverse professional background that includes government eligibility services, foster care, school-based support, the juvenile justice system, child protective services, hospice care, and medical social work. Much of my work has been rooted in being services driven, which has shaped my ability to view clients not only as individuals, but as part of larger systems—such as family, school, and community—that play an important role in their overall well-being. This systems-focused perspective is also central to my educational training and guides the way I support clients in therapy.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. I strongly believe that therapy should be accessible to those who need it and that meaningful progress happens through a collaborative partnership between the therapist and the client. I am grateful to be in a position where I can support others on their healing journey and walk alongside them as they work toward improved mental health and well-being.
